Multi-instrumentalist, composer, writer and educator.
He started his studies in 1992, with professor Max Ferreira at the current headquarters of the Maestro Municipal Musical Corporation Association “Ângelo Cosentino” in Leme / SP. He graduated in saxophone and popular transverse flute at the Conservatory “Cacilda Becker” (1996), in popular saxophone at the Dramatic and Musical Conservatory “Dr. Carlos de Campos ”(2000), in advanced saxophone at EMESP (2004) and in Music Education at UNIMES (2018). Instrumentalist and writer awarded in several competitions in Brazil, standing out in the festivals: Coca-Cola SESI de Teatro (1999), Mapa Cultural Paulista (1999 - 2011), Viola de Todos os Cantos (2011), Song Contest (2011 - 2012), O Amor na Literatura - Casa do Novo Autor (1999 - 2000 - 2002 - 2003 - 2004), etc. Researcher and educator awarded with the Bom Menino Project at the I Anhangüera Education Prize (2011). Lecturer and soloist with an international career, performing on stages in Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, Czechoslovakia and Italy. He is currently a saxophonist, arranger and musical director of the Datz Jazz Band (Ribeirão Preto / SP), Educational Supervisor at the Associação Amigos do Projeto Guri (Regional Ribeirão Preto / SP), coordinator and musician of the group “Quarteto Brasileiro de Saxofones” (Ribeirão Preto / SP), researcher and creator of the didactic organization “Brazilian Saxophone - Manual of Practice and Improvisation in Brazilian Popular Music” and one of those responsible for the dissemination of Brazilian popular music and its insertion as a tool for collective teaching.
